Our Filter Press Diaphragm Pump is a pump station that can be mounted directly to the filter press. Designed specifically for filter press feeding, the design and function of this pump allows for the straightforward pressing of slurries. When purchased as a complete unit, a Pressure Regulator & Booster is already installed onto the pump via an external mounting bracket. The booster amplifies the pressure achievable by the pump in a 2:1 ratio. For example, with an available air pressure of 70 meters, the delivery pressure will be a maximum of 140 meters. As a result, we can achieve up to 160 meters on the pump’s discharge (depending on pump size). Available in HDPE/PTFE and Metal executions.

As standard, the Pressure Booster is equipped with a pressure regulator and two manometers. Compared to a standard pump, our TF model is equipped with reinforcement plates and a special air valve with PET pistons. We also recommend using an aluminium centre body instead of the standard PP for enhanced durability.
This Pump Station for Filter Press Feeding is self-regulating, and no additional device for regulating the capacity is necessary. It is therefore a plug-and-play solution that’s mounted directly to the Filter Press. Simply connect the air and fluid pipework and you’re set. For monitoring the filling level of the Filter Press, stroke sensors, stroke counters, and flow meters are available.
