Are opening hours are as follows:

 

Monday: 8:00-16:30

Tuesday: 8:00-16:30

Wednesday: 8:00-16:30

Thursday: 8:00-16:30

Friday: 8:00-16:00

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: Closed

 

Outside of our opening hours, we are unable to take calls. However, you can email us at any time, and we will respond as soon as possible during our next business day.

Yes, we offer next day delivery on many pumps when ordered before 3pm.

Absolutely, give us a call or email us and we’ll update you on your order as soon as possible.

Do you offer hiring options for pumps and equipment?

We don’t currently offer hiring options for our pumps and equipment. But if you require a trial for a system before committing to a purchase, we’ll be happy to assist.

Do you offer trials on your pumps and process systems?

Yes. Before committing to a purchase, if you would like to evaluate the system, we offer trial opportunities.

However, this will be case-by-case dependent.

No, we only ship to within the UK. If you need a pump or system overseas, please visit one of our sister Tapflo Group sites in the section above to find your nearest provider.

Do you offer site visits?

Yes, if a site visit is required or we need more information about your application, we will visit your site to get the best solution to your needs.

Do you offer repair or maintenance services?

Yes, we offer maintenance and repair services for all of our products.

We accept BACS, 30-Day Account and Proformas for payment.

Will I know a lead time when enquiring?

All quotations will have a lead time. Our operations team will keep you updated if there are any changes to the lead time.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes, depending on the circumstances. We will always do our best to support you.

Can I change my order once I’ve placed an order?

Yes, ideally the sooner we hear about any required amendments the better, but we will do our best to accomodate.
