What’s the difference between the CT Industrial Centrifugal Pump and other Centrifugal Pumps?

The CT series uses an open or semi-open impeller design with AISI 316L Stainless Steel construction for excellent corrosion resistance and solids handling, making it ideal for aggressive chemicals and industrial duties.

Which industries typically use the CTI pump?

This pump is widely used in Chemical and Pharmaceutical processing, Water Treatment, and other industries requiring reliable chemical transfer, dosing, or solids-handling capabilities.

Can the CT Series handle abrasive or solids-laden fluids?

Yes. Its open impeller design allows the pump to handle solids and suspensions effectively while maintaining low maintenance requirements.

What are the available material and finish options?

The pump casing is manufactured in high-grade AISI 316L Stainless Steel with a glass-blasted finish, supporting durability and corrosion resistance.

Are there multiple configuration options?

Yes. The CT Series offers various connection types, mechanical seal options, and execution types to suit different industrial processes.

What motor sizes are available?

Models range from 0.25 kW to 7.5 kW, ensuring a suitable option for both small and large-scale pumping requirements.

Is the CT model easy to maintain?

Its simple, compact design with fewer parts reduces downtime, keeps maintenance costs low, and makes servicing straightforward.

Is the CTI suitable for highly aggressive chemicals?

Yes. AISI 316L Stainless Steel and mechanical seals ensure excellent resistance to even the most aggressive chemicals used in industrial processes.
