The CTI Industrial Centrifugal Pump is designed with just 19 components, so it can be maintained and troubleshooted in a limited time frame, resulting in very short downtimes and extremely low maintenance costs. Once installed, these pumps are essentially maintenance-free!Â
These pumps are available with either an Open (6 mm Solids Passage) or Semi-Open Impeller, and are manufactured from Glass Blasted Stainless Steel AISI 316L to offer high mechanical and corrosion resistance. The CTI Pump is also available with a drain plug that points down vertically from the pump head.
The Self-Priming version of the CTI Centrifugal Pump, available in both industrial and sanitary executions.
For pumping hot products up to 180°C. Mounted on a baseplate with coupling and cover.
Ideal for use with sticky or abrasive particles.
Standard BSPT thread connection or flanged connections according to EN 1092-1/ANSI 150 Lbs.
For applications that may solidify or crystallise.
Allows full drainage of the liquid from the pump casing.
The pump can be assembled on a baseplate, which can be fixed to the foundation.
The CT series uses an open or semi-open impeller design with AISI 316L Stainless Steel construction for excellent corrosion resistance and solids handling, making it ideal for aggressive chemicals and industrial duties.
This pump is widely used in Chemical and Pharmaceutical processing, Water Treatment, and other industries requiring reliable chemical transfer, dosing, or solids-handling capabilities.
Yes. Its open impeller design allows the pump to handle solids and suspensions effectively while maintaining low maintenance requirements.
The pump casing is manufactured in high-grade AISI 316L Stainless Steel with a glass-blasted finish, supporting durability and corrosion resistance.
Yes. The CT Series offers various connection types, mechanical seal options, and execution types to suit different industrial processes.
Models range from 0.25 kW to 7.5 kW, ensuring a suitable option for both small and large-scale pumping requirements.
