Electronic Batch Controller

The Electronic Batch Controller is a sophisticated automation unit designed to enable precise batching and transfer of desired volumes of liquid using an Air-Operated Diaphragm (AOD) Pump.

By counting and summarising pump strokes, the system achieves precisely 60 ml per batch (using the TR20). With each pump stroke, a signal is sent from the inductive sensor (-5 C or -5 CF option in the pump configuration). Each signal is received and then summarised by the controller.
