The RL series is a Progressive Cavity (Wobble) pump built for higher-flow duties, handling up to 14.4 m³/h of viscous, solids-laden or mildly abrasive fluids with very low pulsation and virtually no centrifugal effect. At its heart is Nova Rotors’ patented Diamond pin-joint, whose replaceable wear bushings let you refresh the joint without replacing costly rotors or shafts — keeping lifetime maintenance costs low.
With no dead zones in the housing, the RL is equally suited to food production and demanding industrial work such as sewage and industrial sludge, water treatment, paper products and petrochemicals. Housings are cast in stainless steel (AISI 304/316) or cast iron, with stainless rotating parts as standard and a single internal mechanical seal for easy cleaning.

The most compact option, with the motor and pump built as one integrated, direct-coupled unit for the smallest footprint and easy maintenance.
Uses the same hydraulics but runs on support bearings with a free bare shaft, making it the ideal bare-shaft pump for connection via flexible coupling or belt pulleys.
