Official UK partner of Nova Rotors
The DH Series Hopper Pump, part of our Progressive Cavity Pump range, is designed to handle highly viscous, solid-laden, and non-flowing materials across demanding industrial and environmental applications.
With a rectangular hopper and auger feed screw, the pump ensures reliable feeding of thick or poorly flowing substances directly into the hydraulic section.
Typical applications include:
| Specification | Description |
|---|---|
| Max Flow (m³/hr) | Up to 520 |
| Max Pressure (Bar) | Up to 24 |
| Max Temp (°C) | -40 – 150 |
The motor is directly coupled to the pump via a flange. The forces generated by the hydraulic part are supported by the motor. Most cost-effective solution with simple maintenance.
The motor is directly coupled to the pump via the flange of the bearing support module. Most versatile option, allows the use of standard flanged gearboxes & output shafts, coupling with hydraulic or pneumatic motors.
All the forces generated by the pump are absorbed by the bearings in the support, which have very high load resistance. The best solution for maximum durability & reliability.
