Variations

DM

The drive is coupled to the pump via a flange. The stresses generated by the hydraulic section are efficiently absorbed by the drive itself, prioritising durability. Economical and compact, reducing installation costs and simplifying maintenance.

JM

The drive is connected to the pump inlet shaft via a coupling joint. Forces generated by the pump are absorbed by precision-mounted bearings with exceptional load resistance. Ideal when optimal durability and reliability are crucial.

FM

The most versatile model, which connects the drive directly to the pump via a flange in the modular bearing unit. This allows for compatibility with gearboxes featuring flanges and standard outlet shafts, as well as connections with hydraulic and pneumatic motors.

Add Ons

  • Base Plates: Standard base, base with adjustable anti-vibration hygienic feet, base with risers, industrial & hygienic trolleys
  • Sealing Systems: Single mechanical seal, double mechanical seal back-to-back (requires pressurised flushing), double tandem mechanical seal (requires reservoir/flushing), single or double cartridge seals, flushing systems available in accordance with API regulations
  • Coupling Rod: Joint protection, coupling rod with feed screw, anti-settling impeller, balanced hydraulic joint
  • Protection & Control Accessories: Temperature probe for dry running protection (standard in the ATEX version), flow switch, pressure switch, overpressure valve, sanitary overpressure valve. Control panel with inverter, motor with integrated inverter. Stator heating jacket, pump casing heating jacket, bypass with threaded fittings, flushing reservoir, drive protection casing.

FAQs

What are the benefits of an Flanged Progressive Cavity Pump?

What is the difference between a Progressive and a Progressing Cavity Pump?

Does the Flanged Progressive Cavity Pump have an inverter?

What are the benefits of an Flanged Progressive Cavity Pump?

  • Compliant with CE and ATEX
  • Low pulsating flows
  • Designed for easy maintenance
  • Ideal for low-flow and dosing applications

What is the difference between a Progressive and a Progressing Cavity Pump?

A Progressive and a Progressing Cavity Pump are the same thing; they can be called either name interchangeably.

Does the Flanged Progressive Cavity Pump have an inverter?

Yes, the Flanged Progressive Cavity Pump has a Motoinverter, which help energy savings by regulating speed. This can be programmed and controlled using PC via UAB or wirelessly.
