Our Hopper Pump with Extended Auger Feed Screw directly conveys the product to the hydraulic section, making it the ideal solution for pumping viscous, non-flowing media with very high solids.
The auger feed screw length can be customised based on your application, and the HS range is suitable for handling media with up to 35% dry matter content, provided they do not form bridges or blockages. The inlet cone allows for perfect feeding of viscous products containing solids.

The motor is directly coupled to the pump via a flange, so the hydraulic forces are supported by the motor. Cost-effective and compact solution.
The drive is directly coupled to the pump via the flange of the F bearing support module. The most versatile solution, allowing the use of gear reducers.
The motor is connected to the pump input shaft via a coupling, the best solution in terms of performance and durability. All forces generated by the pump are absorbed by the bearings in the support, which have a very high load resistance.
