Europe’s Largest Diaphragm Pump Manufacturer
Our Filter Press Diaphragm Pump is a pump station that can be mounted directly to the filter press. Designed specifically for filter press feeding, the design and function of this pump allows for the straightforward pressing of slurries. When purchased as a complete unit, a Pressure Regulator & Booster is already installed onto the pump via an external mounting bracket.
The booster amplifies the pump’s output pressure by a factor of 2:1. For example, with an available air pressure of 70 meters, the delivery pressure will be up to 140 meters. As a result, we can achieve up to 160 meters of discharge (depending on pump size). Available in HDPE/PTFE and Metal executions.
Typical applications for our Filter Press Diaphragm Pump:
| Drive Type | Pneumatic |
| Flow Rate | up to 570 l/min |
| Pressure | up to 160 meters / 16 bar |
| Material | Aluminium, Cast Iron, PE & PTFE, Stainless Steel AISI 316L |
| Self-Priming | Yes |
| Solids Handling | up to 15mm |
| Viscosity | 20,000 cPs |
The TF Filter Press Pump features a pressure booster with a regulator and dual pressure gauges, plus reinforced plates and a special air valve with PET pistons for reliable high-pressure operation. An aluminium centre body is recommended for increased durability.
This self-regulating, plug-and-play system mounts directly to a filter press, requiring only air and fluid connections. Optional stroke sensors, counters, and flow meters are available for process monitoring.
Existing air-operated diaphragm pumps can be converted to TF configuration using a reinforcement kit and booster assembly.
This pump station is built to feed filter presses, enabling straightforward and reliable pressing of slurries. It’s compact enough to be mounted directly on the filter press, saving space and simplifying installation.
Plastic variants include PE (polyethylene) and PTFE, while the metal variants encompass Aluminium, Cast Iron and Stainless Steel.
The pump is designed to handle a wide variety of slurries, including abrasive and viscous mixtures commonly encountered in filtration processes.
Yes. Thanks to the external pressure booster, the pump can achieve up to twice the supplied air pressure, allowing for high-pressure filter press feeding even with moderate air pressure inputs.
Yes. The pump stations can be supplied with BSP or NPT connections to fit your existing piping setup.
No. The pump uses fewer parts than many competitors, making maintenance straightforward and reducing downtime and service costs.
