Our API610 Centrifugal Pump is an 11th Edition ISO 13709 pump designed for Industrial process applications. Constructed with durable Stainless Steel for both the pump body and impeller, this pump is ideally suited to handling corrosive and abrasive liquids in the Chemical, Industrial, Oil & Gas, and Mining industries. Key features of this pump include a tangential outlet design, double volute casing for enhanced efficiency, and a ‘back pull’ design that facilitates easy maintenance. The impellers are both dynamically and statically balanced, further enhancing this pump’s performance. Additionally, ATEX certification is available, providing increased safety for use in hazardous environments.

  • Tangential outlet design for high efficiency in casing
  • Specialist double volute casing design available
  • ‘Back pull’ design allows for easy maintenance as the complete bearing assembly, impeller and casing cover can be removed without dismantling the volute casing from the pipework. Spacer coupling also allows disassembly of the rotor without removing the electric motor
  • Spiral wound casing gasket for high pressure
  • Special mechanical seals and cooling system on bearing for high temperatures
  • Heavy duty shaft and bearings
  • Dynamically and statically balanced impellers, in accordance with ISO 1940 Grade 2.5
  • Constant level oilers supplied to ensure oil level is at the appropriate level, providing high bearing life time. Oil ring design also prevents oil foaming
  • Areas for temperature and vibration sensors to be installed during maintenance
