Our Vertical Progressive Cavity Pump is a versatile pumping solution for a range of applications, including deep tanks and wells. This pump, available in both short executions, offering compactness and easy installation, and long executions with removeable inlet, excels at handling viscous and non-viscous, abrasive and aggressive liquids. The length is customisable based on your setup needs. Additionally, these close-coupled pumps deliver vibration-free operation, even under extreme conditions. If you require superior corrosion resistance from your pump, we recommend the Stainless Steel (AISI 304/AISI 316) variant which is equipped with a protective jacket that covers the stator. ATEX-available for use in hazardous environments.

Available with outlet flange connections UNI, DIN, ANSI and GAS BSP. The suction nozzle is made with a specific design, enhanced for priming the product which it is lost in.
The length is completely customizable in accordance with any setup requirements. The stainless-steel option (AISI 304 or AISI 316) offers a protective jacket which covers the stator to prevent corrosion.
When it comes to the short and long design, the difference is in the length of the required installation. The short version is a compact and robust solution that is easy to install. The long version allows for installation in deep wells or tanks. This version offers an entire series of optimisations, such as a removable inlet for easy maintenance of the rotor, stator and coupling. A key characteristic of this series is the support of the downhole baseplate with a clamping cone, making the pump stable and vibration free, even in extreme conditions of use.
Both series are always configured in a monoblock arrangement.
The DV Series is part of Tapflo’s range called the Diamond Series, which features a range of Progressive Cavity Pumps. These are characterised by a modular design covering numerous models and sizes, enabling capacities up to 110 m³/hr and discharge pressures up to 48 bar.
DV Series
The DV Vertical Progressive Cavity Pump range has a customisable immersion length, so it can be tailored to the installation requirements. The short version allows only the mounting plate to be used during installation. In contrast, the extended version features a support and guide cone to minimise vibrations and oscillations when used on deep immersion lengths. Both are delivered in a close-coupled configuration, and the Stainless Steel versions feature a protective jacket which prevents corrosion of the stator housing. The suction nozzle has been specifically designed to facilitate optimal priming and passage of the process media into the pump.
The “long” version of the DV Pump is particularly effective for installations such as deep wells and tanks. The pump is supplied with a strong downhole mounting plate and blocking cone, ensuring maximum stiffness and minimising vibrations during operations. The inlet is removable to allow the rotor to be replaced, which considerably reduces maintenance time.
