Electronic Dual Action Pressure Switch

The Electronic Dual Action Pressure Switch accessory is used to protect the pump and system from over pressurisation; this useful accessory has a built-in digital display for easy calibration if both on and off set points for the pump to operate against.

Overview

The meter body and display can be rotated through 320º to enable easy installation into confined installations. It features a 4-20 mA signal output for feeding back to the pumps local control panel or control system. They are preferred to Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs) due to the often aggressive, sticky and solids laden process fluids which Peristaltic pumps work with which can be problematic for PRVs. They are usually fitted onto either the discharge flange of the pump or discharge pipework.
