The Electronic Batch Controller is a sophisticated automation unit designed to enable precise batching processes, seamlessly coordinating the transfer of desired volumes of liquid using an Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pump. Engineered to complement Tapflo Diaphragm Pumps, this controller effortlessly integrates with a variety of liquids. By meticulously tracking and combining pump strokes, the system achieves an impressive precision of 60ml per batch (using the TR20).
Suited to all applications that work with our full Diaphragm Pump range, both industrial and hygienic. Some of our most popular applications include:

Transferring a pre-set volume of liquid with an AODD pump is now easy and precise thanks to the Tapflo Electronic Batch Controller. Working alongside Tapflo Diaphragm Pumps, the batch controller allows for transferring almost every liquid. By counting and summarising strokes of a pump, the precision of 60ml per batch is achieved (by using the TR20 pump size. With each stroke of the pump, a signal is sent from the inductive sensor (-5 C or -5 CF option in the pump configuration). Each signal is received and then summarised by the controller.
