Our Pharmaceutical Pump, part of our TU Range, was developed in conjunction with one of the world’s leading suppliers to the Biotech & Pharmaceutical markets to form part of our extensive and versatile range of Diaphragm Pumps. The pump’s housing, containing only 3 parts, makes this pump extremely easy to maintain. This Hygienic Pump, constructed from HDPE, PTFE or PP, features all wetted components constructed from USP class VI-certified materials, ensuring this range meets the most demanding cleanliness standards.

The pump housing only has three parts in contact with the fluid, reducing the risk of contamination and making it extremely easy to service and maintain.
The TU range is quick and easy to maintain, keeping your service costs and process downtime to an absolute minimum. When used in conjunction with Tapflo’s patented control and monitoring devices, preventive and routine maintenance is also easily integrated into any process whilst enabling accurate and precise control of the pump’s performance—optimising your system to the best of its ability!

Performance Range
The Tapflo TU Pharmaceutical Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps have a wide range of capacities to suit almost any application, from metering and dosing to general transfer. The max capacity range varies from 60 – 570 l/min with discharges pressures up to 8 bar as standard & solids passage up to 15 mm.
