Official UK partner of Nova Rotors
Our Double Shaft Hopper Pump features a hopper and auger feed screw for efficient pumping of highly viscous, non-flowing materials with a very high solids content. Available in ATEX-rated double-shaft or bridge breaker configurations, it uses an enhanced auger feed screw to improve hydraulic efficiency.
Designed for difficult-to-handle substances with up to 35% dry solids content, the pump can be customised in length to suit specific applications.
Typical applications for our Double Shaft Hopper Pump:
| Specification | Description |
|---|---|
| Max Pressure | 48 Bar |
| Max Temperature | -40°C – 150°C |
| Max Capacity | 520m³/hr |

The motor is directly coupled to the pump via a flange, an extremely cost-effective and compact solution. The forces generated by the hydraulic part are supported by the motor.
The motor is connected to the pump input shaft via a coupling. This offers the best solution for performance and durability, with all the forces generated by the pump absorbed by the bearings in the support.
