Reinforced Plate Construction

The heating plates are enclosed within a robust structure, welded together in pairs using laser welding for leak-proof operation and enhanced resistance to thermal stress. The plate pack is assembled using a robotic TIG welding system, further ensuring reliability.

Vacuum Brazing for Enhanced Strength and Reliability

An optional vacuum brazing process strengthens the exchanger by increasing the contact surface, reinforcing the plates at key points, and enhancing the unit’s overall durability. This method ensures superior performance under variable load conditions and thermal stress.
