Variations

Standard Models

Designed for general industrial and commercial use

Adiabatic Coolers

Enhance performance by using a combination of dry and wet cooling methods, effective in environments with higher ambient temperatures

Low Noise Models

Specifically designed for applications requiring minimal noise, starting at less than 40 dB

Custom Colour Options

Available in three colour variants to match the aesthetics of specific environments

Design

  • Covers: Made from thick, wet-painted or powder-coated galvanised carbon steel, available in three colour options to match your facility’s aesthetics.
  • Baffle/Tube Connection Stabilisation: Enhances the lifespan of the device by stabilising the baffle and tube connections.
  • Fans:
    • Maintenance-free, axial fans with exceptionally low noise levels (as low as <40 dB).
    • Designed for energy efficiency, offering 30% lower electricity consumption.
    • Available with EC and AC motors, in compliance with the ERP 2015 Directive.
  • Fin Exchanger:
    • Copper tubes (Ø 12 mm) combined with aluminum fins for effective heat transfer.
    • Fin spacing options of 2.1 mm, 2.3 mm, or 2.5 mm to cater to specific application needs.
    • Baffle/tube connection stabilisation system, which prolongs the operational life of the device.
    • Copper components brazed with high-silver-content material for enhanced durability and heat transfer.

Adiabatic System:

The adiabatic system allows the cooler to operate efficiently even when ambient air temperatures exceed the fluid temperature, provided that the air humidity is sufficiently low. This feature helps optimise cooling performance in hot and dry climates

Operation

Dry coolers operate through a closed-loop system where the fluid circulates through the cooling coils while fans blow air over the heat exchanger to dissipate heat. Key operational components include:

  • Weatherproof Electrical Cabinet: Protects the electrical system from environmental elements
  • Controllers: Options include PID controllers with frequency converters for optimal fan speed regulation, as well as PLC controllers with touchscreen interfaces for easier monitoring and control
  • Vibration Dampers: Minimise operational vibrations, contributing to quieter and more stable operations
  • Extended Legs: Available in 1000 mm (39.4”) or 1200 mm (47.2”) for flexible installation in various environments
