The Pony Plus Batch Controller provides accurate flow control, batch totalisation, and a user-friendly display. Compatible with food-grade turbine flow meters and self-priming flexible impeller pumps, it is suitable for food-grade liquids, light fuel oils, and hydrocarbons.
It is available as a standalone controller (PONY PLUS Q) for integration with existing equipment or as a trolley-mounted system with a pump included.

The maximum viscosity for the batch controller is 80-100 cPs, which is ideal for a wide array of fluids across the food and beverage markets, as well as general industry, including light fuel oils and hydrocarbons. There is an Impulse setting for calibration to the intended fluid.
The control panel, which is delivered with either the standalone unit or the trolley-mounted system, features Dry-Run Protection as well as the standard on/off/reversing and isolating controls. Remote Control Reset is also available on request. The display can indicate: Total displaced volume (with zero setting) up to 999.999 units. Partial volume in different units of measurement: litres, imperial gallons, US gallons. Accuracy is +/- 1%.
