Constructed from premium materials, this robust mixer guarantees thorough blending of liquids and powders, resulting in a uniform mixture every time. Equipped with all necessary components for immediate operation, and whether for ATEX zones or standard environments, this mixer offers versatility with options like fixed, folding or kicker impellers, and features various motor types, including electric motors for viscosities up to 15,000 cPs, and pneumatic motors suitable for both low and high-viscosity fluids. Our team of process experts are on hand to assist in selecting the correct impeller, drive assembly, and materials to ensure efficient mixing for your operational requirements.

Used to efficiently re-mix product that has settled in IBCs or drums over time, our IBC Mixers allows you to skip intermediate tanks, ensuring a simpler, quicker and more cost-effective process.

Available Motors:

Electric Motor (for <100cP viscosity)

  • Provides mild to medium mixing
  • 4 Pole (1400 rpm) speed
  • 1ph and 3ph supply available

Pneumatic (air) Motor

  • Available for both low and high viscosity fluids
  • Supplied with control valve for speed regulation

Gearbox – Electric or Pneumatic (for <15,000cP fluids)

  • Provides Medium to Vigorous mixing
  • Standard speed of 236RPM (other speeds available)
  • 1ph, 3ph and pneumatic supply available

  • Ready-to-use, light frame assembly, fixed with only 2 toggle clamps
  • Safety interlock switch included, preventing operation when not fixed securely, when on an IBC
  • Available with various impellers and material configurations suited to a variety of applications
  • Electrically or air driven, this system can be driven in any conditions
  • Suitable for use in ATEX environments
  • Electrical supply set (including motor overload protection, start/stop buttons & 16A industrial plug)
  • Frequency inverter
  • Fixed, folding or kicker impeller
  • Eyebolt lifting frame
  • Forklift module (optional), enabling easy movability of the IBC Mixer via forklift
  • Liquid inlet (optional), allowing easy liquid supplement integration to the mixed media
  • Hopper for powder or polymer (optional)
