Our Hygienic Covers have been designed to be robust and rigid, manufactured from Stainless Steel, they can be closed tightly and firmly around Tapflo’s range of Hygienic Pumps.

Surfaces easily cleaned for hygienic applications.

Insulation Types

Sound Insulation – equipped with a sound insulation mat to reduce the noise in your process line

Thermal Insulation – protect your pump from outer environmental conditions

Pump Heating – allows your pump to maintain a stable liquid temperature through electrical heating

Additional Options

Tapflo’s Hygienic and Industrial Covers are also available as an option on our well-known mobile trolley solutions. In the image below you can see an example of a Hygienic trolley with a TX225 that has been fitted with a noise reduction box.
