The B40 model stands out as an Electrically Driven Self Priming Centrifugal Pump, offering flow rates of 21m³/hr and a max head of 12 m.W.C. Constructed from high-quality Cast Iron and Stainless Steel, these versatile pumps cater to diverse industrial needs, finding applications across various industries like Wastewater Management and Construction. The B-Series Electrically-Driven pumps include the Electrically Driven Self Priming Pumps (2-pole), Electrically Driven Self Priming High Head Pumps (2-pole), and Electrically Driven Solids Handling Pumps (4-pole), providing comprehensive solutions. For enhanced versatility, a range of Diesel Driven Self Priming Centrifugal Pumps is also available. Equipped with an Open impeller design for solids and particle handling, these pumps offer a free passage of up to 80mm and are fitted with a cooled shaft seal, making them suitable for use with hot fluids. Additionally, ATEX certification is available on request for enhanced safety in hazardous environments.

BBA has been manufacturing the B-series range of Self-Priming Centrifugal Pumps since the 1980s. These pumps are perfect for a diverse range of applications, from wastewater management to construction purposes.
Included within the B-Series range are:
The B-series is fitted with an open impeller, changeable wear plate and non-return valve in the suction port. These pumps are easily maintained and have minimal spare part costs.
The B-series can be supplied in sizes from 1” up to 12” with free passage up to 80mm.
The range has been designed with a clear focus on reliability, efficiency and durability, ranging from 1-1/2ʺ to 12″. They feature an open impeller configuration combined with a changeable wear plate, facilitating servicing and minimising costs of spares. All B-Series pumps are fitted with a non-return valve in the suction port, eliminating the need for a foot valve in the suction line and allowing quick priming.
