The High Viscosity Flexi Drum Unloading System (HVS Flexi) is designed to efficiently and precisely unload containers filled with high-viscosity products up to 100,000 cPs.
Using a Hygienic Progressive Cavity Pump, the system provides smooth, consistent transfer of pastes, creams, and concentrates directly from drums, IBCs, or other containers. Built for low to moderate volume applications, the HVS Flexi is ideal for feeding filling or packing lines. It offers up to 99% product recovery, automation for time savings, and ATEX-certified options for use in hazardous areas.

The system, mounted on a mobile 4-wheel frame, is moved into place. Drums or IBCs are positioned via forklift or pallet truck
The progressive cavity pump with scraper lid is lowered into the drum
Pressing START begins the process. In automatic mode, the pump lowers and unloads until the drum is empty, then stops. Manual control is also available
The follower plate is released with compressed air, making removal quick and clean
