Design & Operation

Each Plug Valve is manufactured from high-grade Stainless Steel:

  • Valve Body, Plug, and Cover: Crafted from AISI 316L or AISI 304L Stainless Steel.
  • Surface Finish: Product-contact surfaces polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm for optimal hygiene.
  • Plug Coating: The plug is hard-chrome-coated, then precision-ground and lapped to ensure smooth operation, leak-free performance, and extended service life.
  • Sealing Materials: EPDM for the rubber, PTFE for the thrust washer

This meticulous attention to detail delivers superior durability and leak-tight functionality in demanding sanitary environments.
