Pony Plus Batch Controller

The Pony Plus Batch Controller is an innovative controller that delivers advanced flow control, a user-friendly display and precise totalisation capabilities. It can be wired to  variety of Food-Grade Turbine Flow Meters and our Self-Priming Flexible Impeller Pump range. Whether you’re working with food-grade liquids, light fuel oils or hydrocarbons, the Pony Plus Batch Controller brings accuracy and convenience to your operations. It can also be delivered as a standalone system (PONY PLUS Q) which can be connected to an existing pump, valve or alarm, or trolley-mounted with the pump included.

Overview

Maximum viscosity for the meters is 80-100 cPs so this is ideal for a wide array of fluids within the food and beverage markets as well as general industry for light fuel oils and hydrocarbons. There is an Impulse setting for calibration to the intended fluid.

The control panel which is delivered on either the standalone unit or trolley mounted system features Dry-Run Protection as well as the standard on / off / reversing and isolating control. Remote Control Reset is also available on request. The display can indicate: Total displaced volume (with zero setting) up to 999.999 units. Partial volume in different units of measurement: litres, imperial gallons, US gallons. Accuracy is +/- 1%
