Our PP & PVDF Immersion Centrifugal Pumps, forming part of our CTV Vertical Centrifugal Pump range, is a reliable solution tailored for fluid transfer and circulation within corrosive Chemical applications. These pumps find many uses in Surface Treatment baths, and circulating through filters and nozzle ramps. The PP variant excels at handling chemicals at temperatures up to 70°C, while the PVDF variant offers higher temperature tolerances at up to 100°C. Once installed, these pumps have near-zero maintenance requirements, boasting a sealless design and ensuring leak-free, safe dry running. Capable of handling liquids with particles up to 6mm, these pumps offer customisation options, including Suction Extensions, Strainers, optional discharge connections, and left-hand threads on the pump cover, enabling tailored configurations to meet specific operational needs.
