Key Features

  • Corrosion resistance: Constructed with PP (polypropylene) and PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), these pumps offer excellent corrosion resistance
  • Temperature capabilities: The CTV range maintains performance in challenging conditions thanks to its ability to handle hot fluids up to 70°C for the PP variant and 100°C for the PVDF variant
  • Simple design: Easy maintenance and troubleshooting, resulting in minimal downtime and reduced maintenance costs
  • No mechanical seal: Features a sealless design which minimises the risk of leaks
  • Operational safety: Designed to operate without leakage and can handle dry running conditions
  • Particle handling: These pumps can handle liquids with particles up to 6mm
  • Customisable: There are various options and special executions available for these pumps, including suction extensions, strainers, optional discharge connections and left-hand threads on the pump cover (for pumping viscous liquids)

Variations

Suction Extension

A solution to emptying a tank or sump from a level below the pump’s immersion depth. 500 mm and 1000 mm extension pipes are available as standard.

Filter

A suction filter is a great option where the liquid is dirty or contains solids.

Discharge Connection

Optional connections on the discharge side. Flanges following the ANSI and DIN standards are available.

Thread on Pump Cover

To avoid unintentional unscrewing of your pump cover (recommended when pumping viscous liquids), a left-hand thread is available.
