Each ball valve features a forged, precision-machined ball with a full port, located within a robust valve body and flanges.

  • Material: High-grade stainless steel (AISI 316L or AISI 304L)
  • Surface Finish: Hygienic internal surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm)
  • Seal Options: Comprehensive selection of FDA-compliant seals, including specially designed PTFE seals for aggressive media
  • Cavity Filler and Purge Ports:
    • Purge ports for cleaning the cavity during CIP cycles
    • Optional PTFE cavity fillers to prevent product entrapment
