Each Plug Valve is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel:

• Valve Body, Plug, and Cover: Crafted from AISI 316L or AISI 304L stainless steel.
• Surface Finish: Product-contact surfaces polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm for optimal hygiene.
• Plug Coating: The plug undergoes hard-chrome coating, followed by precision grinding and lapping to ensure smooth operation, leak-free performance, and extended service life.
• Sealing Materials:
  • EPDM (FDA compliant) for rubber seals
  • PTFE for the thrust washer
