The innovative JAG heating plate corrugations pattern, developed over six years, results in a more compact, lighter, and more efficient exchanger that adjusts perfectly to individual requirements. The jagged channel design enhances flow turbulence, improving heat exchange and reducing sediment accumulation. Additional benefits include an extensive heat exchange surface and decreased overall pressure drops. The JAG F plate heat exchanger incorporates technical solutions for reliable performance across various applications. 

Series F Variant Series F plate and frame gasketed heat exchangers are reliable, proven devices optimised for heat exchange processes, particularly in technological processes. These heat exchangers offer the highest heat exchange efficiency, even in cases of very small temperature differences. The flexible design allows adjustment to operating conditions with a broad range of plate sizes, materials, and flow channel geometries. The dismountable design facilitates regular maintenance, including mechanical cleaning and expansion if necessary.
