High Viscosity Drum Unloading System

Up to 99% product removal at 590l/min!

The High Viscosity Drum Unloading System (HVS) is designed for the efficient emptying of barrels and containers filled with paste-like or semi-solid products that do not flow easily. Equipped with a hygienic Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump, the system ensures fast unloading while achieving up to 99% product recovery thanks to its scraping lid technology.

Built with AISI 316L Stainless Steel (electropolished to Ra < 1.6 as standard) and available with ATEX-rated components, the HVS System is suitable for both Hygienic and Industrial applications. With flow rates of up to 590 l/min, solids passage up to 51 mm and capable of handling viscosities up to 100,000 cPs, it delivers high performance across industries where productivity, safety, and compliance are critical.
