Our Close Coupled Liquid Ring Pump from Italian partner, Liverani, is a self priming pump available in AISI316 Stainless Steel or Bronze. Used across various industries, including Oenological and Food Processing, as well as Chemical applications involving acids, solvents, photographic liquids, cleaning products and ink, this pump has been specifically designed for the efficient transfer of clean liquids, as well as entrained gases, handling viscosities up to 100 cPs. Additionally, this pump operates under low NSPH conditions, delivering flow rates up to 900 l/min and efficient self-priming capabilities up to 6m. ATEX certification is available on request, ensuring safety in hazardous environments.

The star impeller rotates in the pump head with minimal clearances, creating a suction pressure that allows the transferring of the liquid from the inlet port into the suction chamber to the discharge chamber and then out through the discharge port.

Pumps fitted with a single-phase motor are equipped with a 2m power supply cable & Schuko (Euro) Plug, and pumps fitted with a three-phase motor are equipped with a 4m power supply cable with no plug and must be connected via a qualified electrician.
