Our Liquid Blending System is a flexible and fully automated system designed to dose, mix, and dilute multi-ingredient liquids with high accuracy and repeatability. Originally built for complex chemical formulations, such as SLES, its modular and hygienic design also make it ideal for Personal Care, Household, and Food & Beverage production.

Designed for batch or continuous operation, this system streamlines formulation by replacing manual processes with programmable, recipe-driven control. Whether producing bleach, shampoo, or a flavoured syrup concentrate, the system ensures precision, traceability, and reduced operational cost, all in a compact yet scalable package.

Overview

This Liquid Blending System features a PLC-controlled interface with HMI touchscreen for intuitive operation, recipe management, and real-time system monitoring. Ingredients are drawn from multiple container types, including IBCs, drums, storage tanks, or custom vessels, and dosed into the blend at precise, predefined ratios.

The system can blend an unlimited number of separate ingredients per recipe, supports heated or viscous ingredients (70% SLES as an example) and can auto-fill final product tanks in sequence. For Food & Beverage applications, hygienic options such as sanitary pipework, CIP readiness, and Food-Grade contact materials are available.
