SLES Mixing & Dilution Unit

Tapflo’s SLES Mixing & Dilution System is a skid-mounted, fully automated unit designed to dilute highly concentrated SLES (70%) down to process-ready concentrations of up to 27%. Built with precision dosing, robust Stainless Steel construction, and advanced automation, the unit provides consistent, high-quality results while significantly reducing operational costs and production downtime. Equipped with a Progressive Cavity Pump for accurate handling of viscous SLES and a Centrifugal Pump for mixing and transfer, the system ensures a homogeneous, stable solution every time. With full PLC control, operators can set concentration, flow rate, and batch size, with all parameters continuously monitored and recorded.
