Unlimited tank configurations: Scalable cleaning to meet your requirements.
Our Multi-Tank CIP System offers an advanced, high-capacity cleaning solution designed for operations requiring frequent sanitation, efficiency, and sustainability. Designed to enable recovery and reuse of cleaning agents, these systems are ideal for large-scale or multi-stream processes where hygiene, cost-efficiency, and resource optimisation are critical. Configurable as 2, 3, 4 (or more) tank systems, they provide unmatched flexibility for custom setups.
Supports rinse, detergent, recovery, and acid stages for complex or multi-phase cleaning
No limitations on tank size, pipe diameter, or system layout, tailored to your plant
Capable of cleaning two or more separate lines or areas simultaneously using multiple pumps
High flow rates and large tanks allow for continuous cleaning of extended process lines
Whether acid reuse, aggressive chemical cycles, or specialised cleaning, configuration is fully tailored
Full PLC control with remote troubleshooting and system updates via end-to-end encrypted connection
Built-in recovery loops reduce water and chemical use
Designed to meet FDA, HACCP, and cGMP standards
CIP break tanks and backflow protection to prevent contamination

The system is configurable as a setup with 2 or more tanks. A 2-tank system includes rinse and detergent tanks; a 3-tank system adds acid for multi-stage cleaning; and a 4-tank system enables acid reuse for aggressive or regulated chemical cleaning processes. More tanks can be added to this system if required.
