Considerations

  • Tank Sizing: Built for long-duration cycles; large tanks reduce refill downtime
  • Safety Features: CIP break systems prevent cross-contamination between cleaning and product lines
  • Flow Balance: Slight output excess ensures constant motion, preventing a stagnant solution
  • ATEX Compatibility: Optional component specs for hazardous or flammable environments
  • Remote Access: Diagnostics and control updates via secure connection
  • Multi-Stream Capability: Clean independent process lines simultaneously
  • Data Logging: Built-in monitoring and CSV data recording for QA and regulatory documentation
  • Custom Layouts: System footprint, flow configuration, and tank sizing adapted to facility needs

Options & Variations

  • 2-Tank System: Rinse and detergent, for standard single-phase cleaning
  • 3-Tank System: Rinse, alkali, and acid, for complex multi-stage cleaning
  • 4-Tank System: Adds acid reuse capability, ideal for aggressive or regulated chemical use
  • Pipework Configurations: 2” standard, 3” available on request to suit industrial norms
  • Multi-Pump Configurations: Enables simultaneous multi-line cleaning (multi-stream CIP)
  • Custom Tank Sizes: Fully scalable to volume and process demands
  • Remote Connectivity: Secure, over-the-air updates and control access
  • Instrumentation & Monitoring Add-ons: Expanded sensor sets, CIP validation, and QA tracking
  • Mounting & Integration: Adjustable levelling feet, hygienic design for washdown environments
