Our Filtration & Purification System is a highly reliable solution designed to run interference-free for up to 5,000 hours! Specifically tailored for applications where process quality often relies on bath filtration, this system works to effectively purify substances, delivering an exceptional filtering efficiency of up to 95%. Featuring Polypropylene cartridges and differential pressure gauges to monitor the condition of the internal filter cartridges, this reliable and affordable system ensures consistent and dependable performance for your application. Fitted with sealless pumps for hazardous fluids, these systems can be trolley-mounted for portable filtering requirements. Additionally, FDA-approval and EHEDG-certification is available on request.
Typical applications for our Filtration & Purification System:
Our FT Filter range with polypropylene cartridges provide an excellent 95% filtering efficiency. Designed and tested to run for up to 5,000 hours of operation, and fitted with differential pressure gauges to indicate the condition of the internal filter cartridges, they are a reliable and inexpensive purification solution for many requirements within the surface treatment, precious metal plating and chemical industries to name a few.
An optional pressure switch (instead of a gauge) is available for remote condition monitoring. Additionally, these units can be trolley mounted for portable filtering requirements, while the systems can be fitted with 1, 3 or 7 cartridges with standard porosities of 50, 20, 10 and 1 μm.
They are standalone units that can be ordered as a complete, compact unit equipped with a CTM Mag-Drive pump.
Constructed from solid block PP with EPDM O-Rings, they have a high resistance to both acids and alkalis.
Fitted with sealless pumps, they are ideal for hazardous fluids, which are commonly used for transfer, filtering and circulation applications.
