The Pneumatic Batch Controller is a versatile and accurate way to dispense a predetermined volume of liquid or gas from your Tapflo Diaphragm Pump.
The controller is available in 2 key variations: predetermined-batch control and timed-batch control. The predetermined batch control variation (TPUK-BP) uses the pump’s stroke count to control the dispensed volume. The timed batch control variation (TPUK-BT) uses the elapsed time to control the dispensed volume.
Additional variations include the TPUK-BPI and TPUK-BTI for internally mounted control to prevent unauthorised adjustments and the TPUK-BP-ATEX for use in hazardous environments.

Predetermined Batch Control (TPUK-BP)
The Pneumatic Batcher is a fully pneumatic predetermining counter that controls the volume of product dispensed by an AOD pump. It records each pump stroke as a low-pressure pulse from the pump’s air exhaust and automatically stops the pump once a pre-set number of strokes has been reached.
Timed Batch Control (TPUK-BT)
The Pneumatic Timed Batcher is a fully pneumatic run-time controller for use with an AOD pump. It controls the volume of product dispensed by running the pump for a set period, which can be started locally or remotely, and stopping it automatically once the time has elapsed.
TPUK ATEX Variation
For accurate and repeatable dispensed volumes within ATEX zones that contain both gas and dust.
