The HVS Flexi Drum Unloading Machine is equipped with a Hygienic Progressive Cavity Pump capable of handling the most viscous liquids, even up to 100000 cPs. Control System & Customisable Control Panels:

The HVS Flexi system offers versatile functionality, allowing you to equip it with either dry-running protection or a batching mode, providing precise control over the volume to be pumped. The entire system is seamlessly managed through an integrated control panel with user-friendly control system options for effortless operation and maintenance.

Within the control panel, operators can seamlessly switch between automatic and manual operation modes. This control hub also offers pushbuttons for manual adjustments to the pump’s position (RAISE or LOWER) and operation (START or STOP). Operators can also control pumping speed and the activation of compressed air between the lid and the drum. Each control panel is equipped with a primary system switch (ON/OFF) and a safety emergency stop pushbutton (E-STOP) for enhanced security.
