With a maximum solids passage of 15mm with a ball valve and 42mm with a flap valve, this system has been designed to streamline the unloading process, especially in high-volume applications where multiple drums (typically 4) are stored on pallets. Operated through an integrated control system, operators can easily switch between automatic and manual modes. Additionally, this system incorporates a Sanitary Double Diaphragm Pump with built-in lifting and lowering functions, and an articulated arm, which makes drum switching simple.

For added safety and peace of mind, each control panel is equipped with the main system switch (ON/OFF) and a safety pushbutton (E-STOP).
