CTV Vertical Centrifugal Pumps in Stainless Steel AISI 316L
The CTV pumps are vertical mounted centrifugal pumps where the liquid level is always below the motor, therefore no mechanical seal is required. This, combined with no need of bearings in the wet end, the pump is dry running safe and reliable for long service without any maintenance.

Applications
The vertical centrifugal pumps are commonly used in surface treatment industries for circulation and transfer of chemicals used in surface treatment baths. CTV are also used in sumps, handling waste water with sludge and particles in various industries.

Replacing submergable pumps
The pumphead is submerged in the liquid while the motor is above the surface. This grants a reliable solution that replaces submergable or selfpriming pump installations. The column height is 400 mm, a suction extension pipe to increase the suction depth may also be installed.
