Level Control Systems

Part of Tapflo UK's extensive systems range all designed and produced in the Uk and sold throughout the world. Our level control can be used for filling or emptying at the flick of a switch.

Small, effective & extremely simple to install and use. This ingenious system is operated with pneumatic components only, the level control system may be installed in sumps, tanks or tubs to start and stop the pump at certain liquid levels and can even be modified to have a visual or audible alarm.

Emptying...
Position the end of the ”low” dip-tube (1) at the desired low level, and the end of the ”high” dip-tube (2) at the high level. When the tank/sump level rises and immerses the high level (2) dip-tube the pump will start and continue pumping until the low level (1) dip-tube is uncovered. The pump will automatically re-start when the level returns to high (2).

Filling...
Position the end of the ”low” dip-tube (1) at the desired low level, and the end of the ”high” dip-tube (2) at the high level. When the tank/sump level drops and uncovers the low level (1) dip-tube the pump will start and continue pumping until the High level (2) dip-tube is immersed. The pump will automatically re-start when the level returns to below low (1).
