Bespoke Mobile Pneumatic Batching System

We were asked if we could design and manufacture a mobile batching systems which could easily moved from application to application but without comprimising on safety.

The result is what you see to the left, we designed as requested the safe mobile system which has a mounted batcher for easy operation, T100 TTT (Solid PTFE) pump for superb chemical resistance, PoD Valve anti-siphon lance to prevent drips & leekages and a heavy duty stainless steel trolley with media spillage tray for extra safety.

Bespoke Electric Atomising Station

The customer required a system that could dose a fragrance into the ventilation/extractor fans of resturants and similar facilities to improve the fatty smells which are released onto the streets.

We designed and manufactured the system shown to the left, one side holds a 5L container with the fragrance and a peristalic pump and the other side has a circuit board and a programmable electronic timer.

Once set-up the system atomises the liquid fragrance and sprayes a mist/fog into the extraction system. the amounts and dose times are all programmed into the electronic timer.
