Pneumatic Batching Systems

The Pneumatic Batcher allows you to safely dose or fill containers etc.. in repeatable and accurate amounts using a stroke counting technique.

Extremely user friendly, the OFF ,BATCH and PRIME spring return twist switch, allowing safe and controllable set up and use.
 
Set the programmable counter to the desired pump strokes, Press 'START' and the pump will transfer the desired volume through air operated ball valve with a spring return and a non return valve preventing prevent over filling & siphoning.
 
STOP button will immediately Holt the pump and reset the count.

The pneumatic batcher works with all the Tapflo range of pumps and is sold separately or as part of larger systems depending on your requirements, see fixed or mobile decanting in the systems menu for more information.
