Our TD Diaphragm Drum Pump is a mobile solution designed for emptying drums and containers. This pump is fitted with a drum tube available in lengths up to 2m and is constructed from PP or PTFE, while the carrying handles are constructed from Stainless Steel AISI 316L. Our Diaphragm Drum Pump dispenses liquids and facilitates change-over from drums, IBCs and containers easily, and offers many advantages when compared with conventional Drum Pumps on the market today.

Our Drum Pump can be easily inserted/removed from barrels, drums and IBCs using the carry frame the pump is connected to, and is well-suited for mobile use. These pumps are fitted with a drum tube in PP or PTFE with lengths up to 2m available, and a handle in Stainless Steel AISI 316L

Want to turn your existing Diaphragm Pump into a Drum Pump? All you need are the following additional parts:

  • 1 x Drum Inlet
  • 1 x Pump Tube
  • 1 x Handle
  • 4 x Domed Nut for Pump Feet
  • 4 x Washers for Pump Feet
  • 4 x Rubber Feet for Pump

  • No rotating parts allows for gentle fluid handling – ideal for shear-sensitive fluids or abrasive products
  • High pressures up to 80m on standard units
  • Variable flow, making it easy to adjust flow rate via a blocking needle valve
  • Intrinsically safe as it’s driven by compressed air for safe fluid handling
  • Variable suction tube lengths up to 2m
  • Different material options available including Stainless Steel AISI 316L, PP or PTFE to suit almost any fluid
