The Recessed Vortex Impeller (RCC) Range of pumps is suited to handling large, fragile, abrasive and fibrous solids (up to 90% of inlet diameter), up to 1000 cPs fluids and also up to 50% entrained gases/air

The Multi-Channel Impeller (RBC) Range of pumps best suits viscous and solid-laden (non-fibrous) liquids or applications with low NPSHa/high-efficiency requirements

All cantilever pumps allow flexible installations, including the pump being external to the sump itself, and are of heavy-duty construction, ensuring the cantilever pumps are suited to almost any type of sump application.

This pump offers superior dry run capabilities.

Impeller Options

Channel Impeller: For slightly contaminated liquids or non-abrasive slurries. The impeller is designed with unique blade geometry for low NPSH and high free passage. These impellers are highly efficient.

Vortex Impeller: For chemical and crystalline suspensions, all viscous liquid, liquid with high concentrations of fibrous suspensions, municipal and industrial wastewater and every kind of sludge. This impeller has a free passage of up to 150 mm.

The Vertical Immersion Sump Pump range from Salvatore Robuschi is built in accordance with ISO 5199 norms and features the same impeller choices of the Single Stage End Suction Centrifugal Pumps (Closed, Semi-Open, Recessed Vortex and Multi-Channel impeller options available).

All vertical pumps are heavily customisable and include various lubrication systems, ensuring the vertical pumps are suited to almost any type of sump application.

Vertical Cantilever Sump Pumps are typically used for sludges, slurries and liquids containing large solids. The pumps are also used in:

  • Drainage Sumps
  • Oily Water Sumps
  • Tank Transfer
  • Food Processing
  • Groundwater Development & Irrigation
  • Heavy Oil
  • Oil Sands and Shale
  • Paper Stock
  • Sewage Collection & Treatment
  • Shower Pumps
  • Slurry Processing
  • Slurry Transfer

Pump length: up to 1.8m, but can be extended by means of suction extension which allows the pump to operate with a liquid level under the impeller level.

Mounting plate: rectangular, circular or according to customer’s specifications

PTFE Lip Seal for vapour-proof construction

Materials: Cast Iron GJL250 or AISI 316. Can also supply CA6NM (400HB hardness), AISI 304, AISI 904, duplex, and super duplex, upon request.
